AHI Rituals Shipping Policy

At AHI, we carefully pack every order to ensure your products arrive safely and ready to become part of your daily ritual.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

New Zealand Shipping

We currently ship throughout New Zealand.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • North Island: 1–3 business days
  • South Island: 2–5 business days
  • Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 NZD.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

AHI Rituals is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

We will work with the courier provider to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process.

Damaged Orders

We take great care when packaging our products.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

International Shipping

At this time, AHI Rituals ships within New Zealand only.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
