What is AHI?

AHI is a wellness brand rooted in rhythm, ritual, and reconnection. We create plant-based tinctures and powders inspired by rongoā Māori principles and everyday nervous system support. AHI is about returning to natural rhythm, these tinctures are not quick fixes but a return and journey back to yourself.

How do I take AHI tinctures?

Most tinctures are taken under the tongue or in water/tea. You’ll receive specific guidance for each blend on the label and product page.

Are your products natural?

Yes. AHI products are made from plant-based ingredients with no unnecessary fillers. They are made right here in NZ. We prioritise quality, simplicity, and intention in every formula.
