AHI didn't start as a business idea, it all started with me trying to regulate my nervous system. 

A few years ago I was deeply burnt out. Waking up exhausted, running on adrenaline, pushing through things that my body was clearly struggling with. From the outside I looked fine but on the inside I was often overwhelmed and disconnected from myself. 

I kept looking for something to "fix" me. 

But what I actually needed was the opposite, all I needed was to feel safe in my body. 

AHI began there. 

ROOT was the first thing I created, not as a product but as a practice. A simple mineral blend that helped me slow down, regulate and come back into rhythm. 

AHI is about rebuilding your capacity gently. 
It's about regulation before expansion. 
It's about strength that comes from steadiness, not force. 

This brand is personal to me, it's rooted in my own learning and commitment to doing things differently.
